How do I contact customer service?

How much is shipping?
Each product has its own shipping costs that are totaled in the shopping cart in the top, right corner. They are also listed on each product page as well. For Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us first for freight costs to your address.
Where are you located?
We are centrally located in Southwest Ohio and are on the Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST).
What is your guarantee?

Can I change my order?
Absolutely. We can make changes to any order as long as you contact us before your order ships.
When will you have new sheepskin boot sizes available?
Sorry, we are currently sold out of most sizes and will not have new stocks until September 2017.
Do you ship orders outside the USA?
